Product Details

TattooFun was one of the first manufactures of the metallic gold temporary tattoos. In fact, we have been using this printing process for over six years now. But it wasn’t until the Coachella music festival in 2014 that these became so widely popular.

The metallic gold and silver flash temporary tattoos have proven to be one of the most popular temporary tattoo items we’ve ever seen in over 20 years of business. And we just kept improving the technology, in fact now we can print the metallic in any color you like. We can even do an ombre effect to really add a lot of dazzle to your design.

In addition, we can use a lot of our specialty inks around the metallic to create truly spectacular designs. For example, you can add a glow-in-the-dark ink two metallic design which allows for a wonderful look during the day, and a special effect at night.

Art Requirements 

We require a high-resolution art file, 300 dpi minimum.

.PSD files are preferred with colors defined as CMYK, but we can take other files as well, including: .JPG .EPS . TIFF .AI or a .PDF

A 1/8” margin between the printed image and the edge of the paper on all four sides is needed to not cut off any of your image in the cutting process. If you purchase a 2“x2” tattoo, the actual image size will be 1.75”x1.75”.

Back Art File

You can add custom artwork to the back of your Temporary Tattoo in Black Ink (Grayscale acceptable). Our Standard Back is used if no Custom Back is requested.

Cutting and Sheets

All custom Temporary Tattoo orders arrive to you individually cut and ready to be handed out at your next event. Sheets are available on request.

Special Packaging

If you need your tattoos packaged for retail, or sorted and banded in a particular way, we can do whatever you need at a very reasonable cost. We have in-house resources to take care of any packaging needs.
